      Pros

      You'll have a mediocre job and pay if you work nights and weekends.

      Cons

      - CEO seems very disconnected - Slashed commission rates 50%+ - Decelerators in compensation plan - if you do not hit more than 80% of plan they take money from you in out quarters. - 1950's sales management style - there's a me attitude, not we. - Ultra-political - Not willing to hold on to top talent and/or pay market rates - Support is out of another country and does not know the products - Management is disconnected from the market and the products they provide, so customers are suffering and very frustrated. - No formal training and/or on-boarding

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
