      Pros

      The company has a lot of potential. It has a good story and good vision for where it wants to go. The last year has been very turbulent, however, with too many acquisitions in such a short space of time. Looks like it is starting to turn the corner. Only time will tell.

      Cons

      While the inevitable consequence of lots of acquisitions is that there will be consolidations and office closures, it seems to have been very ruthless and we've lost a lot of good people and product expertise along the way. Most organisations try to hang on to good people but Ivanti only seems to value people if they are located in one of the designated hubs.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
