Lots of excellent people were fired after the merge of LANdesk with HEAT Software (each 6 months new layoffs of good and experienced people from HEAT)
Was not a "merge" of LANDesk with HEAT, but a "take-over"
Management positions only by LANdesk people, other managers got fired
Bad management or even not existing (micro management)
Stupid decisions
Too many products, too less advice how to position them
No clear focus on product direction
Also internal people doesn't understand the product direction
Customers are unsatisfied about the unclear direction
