The worse sales culture I have ever been a part of in the 20+ years in software sales. The change occurred when the new sales management team took over back in 2016/2017. Everything you have read as cons from a sales perspective on this sight is dead on. Micromanaged sales culture, no respect for honest feedback to current processes, terrible backend loaded compensation plan, managers like being boss and dictate - but don't listen, mind numbing daily pipeline reviews for hours, they do not value successful long term sales professionals - willing to let them walk out the door and replace with low cost sellers.
