-Products are now confusing. I felt this was more organized back in the Landesk days.
Too many products... a lot of them do similar things. Makes for a bad experience for the customers. For example, when you go to in 'n out, you don't see 50 different burgers on the menu, do you? ...Nope...
-Not a ton of opportunities depending on where you are in the company. It unfortunately made sense for me to move on. I simply wasn't progressing any longer. It was a tough decision, but for the best.
-Benefits are pretty terrible compared to some other companies. Same for PTO (coming from a support engineer perspective).
-Expectations are sometimes a bit extreme when you're in support. It's not a job for the lazy out there. You'll work a lot. I see this as a pro and a con though, as I'd rather be busy than not.
