      Pros

      Nice location. Occasionally supplies food. Free coffee. Cheap vending machines.

      Cons

      Primitive Management, they allow intimidation, there is no actual training, training documents are outdated and incorrect, management is allowed to belittle, humiliate, intimidate and HR does not advocate for employees as they claim. Certainly not in order management.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
