      Pros

      The support you receive at Ivanti is exceptional, the training is brilliant and the people are even better. Products are market leading from the 'best-of-breed' acquisitions made in the company's history and prospects have more than likely heard of Ivanti in one form or another - which is a tremendous help! With so many solutions in the portfolio, there are always so many potential avenues of interest.

      Cons

      I learn daily, I enjoy the work, I love working with the people I do and I get paid well for hitting target which just comes down to hard work. I see no cons as such.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
