      *Great leadership from CEO on down. Do a good job keeping employees informed. *Decent pay *Treat their employees like people not just a body holding a position. *Handled Covid situation well. Offices closed with clearly laid out policies and future planning

      *There some shake ups in the recent past that still have people worried about the future of company

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
