Pros

You can work from home for the rest of the year, but you have to keep drinking the kool-aid

Cons

Where do I begin. The new 2 faced leadership team, says we are doing great, but they are laying off people left and right. You either drink the kool-aid to keep the ship from sinking or you will get pushed out of the ship. If you do accept a job with ivanti, keep looking for another company. It's just a matter of time before they let you go. They don't care about the people that work their, they care about increasing the value of the company so they can sell it.

Thank you for your positive feedback and for being part of Ivanti over the past few years. We're glad you value the great team, benefits, growth opportunities, and flexible work-life balance. We understand that leadership changes can create some uncertainty, and we appreciate your patience as new leaders get acclimated and define our future direction. Your input is important as we continue to build an even stronger Ivanti together.

Pros

Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

Cons

Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
