Some excellent people trying their best despite the circumstances.

Cons

Management structures a disorganized mess. Focus on complex "One Ivanti" integration projects distracting from core business. "Secret" off-shoring strategy resulting in mass attrition in higher cost locations. Penny pinching on salaries and compensation in India results in high spending on contractors and slow replacement of roles lost to attrition causing significant knowledge and capability gaps.

Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

Cons

A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.
