My direct leadership was great even in the face of absurd ambiguity and volatile decision making. They cared and they tried to get me what I needed to be successful. There are ample opportunities to grow your career at Ivanti if you can handle the culture.
Cons
Senior leaders are frequently catty, unprofessional, and want to be involved in low-level work that makes it difficult to get a job done. Senior leaders make a decision or a comment and then flip back after work is done. It was frustrating to work with individuals who had such seniority but could not make good decisions and had such poor judgement. Additionally, I saw individual contributors working 60+ hours per week and VPs working nearly 80. This showed me that the culture lacked a human element- if you want to make it at Ivanti you need to put their health above your own.
