      Pros

      Ivanti acquired MobileIron and I joined as part of the acquisition. I am not sure if there are any positives that I can share about working at Ivanti for the months that I spent there after the acquisition.

      Cons

      Ivanti's philosophy is get in line or get out. They just dump their entire process on you and expect you to follow. There is no attempt at getting synergies or best practices from the other side. They remove the entire leadership and quell any note of dissent or anyone who can say anything or disagree. The rest are expected to continue as workhorses and do all the legwork.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      remote work. work with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      too many changes and inconsistencies. constant worries about layoffs.
