      Pros

      I’ve met some really great colleagues here. Unfortunately, most, if not all have left.

      Cons

      *High turnover *Complete chaos. No one seems to know what they are supposed to do, thanks to to constant acquisition *CEO once told employees in an all hands meeting that if you don’t like it here, then leave. That was one of the most demoralizing statements he has made. *People are fired, rehired, then fired again. Constant mess. *No work life balance

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
