      - Somewhat easy going atmosphere, 5th word

      Cons

      - Usual fake US corporation culture - This company lives by acquisitions, their products are bad and they have many redundant products in the portfolio - They have no real vision - They will try to f..k you over if they can, they tried that with me, thankfully middle management explained to them that in my country the thing that they wanted to do is illegal.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
