      Provide you perks and bonus.

      Cons

      Developers need to be on-call for one week including Saturday and Sunday for 14 hrs/day which willl be very hectic and capable of making us sick. Company doesn't provide any sort of compensation or comp-off for the on-call activity which is very demotivating. Each one from team will have to support on-call for a week once in every two months. There is so much of micromanagement in the team.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
