      - Good products, even if some are old - Relaxed daily business, no absurd demands - Professional communication - Promotions and feedback given when due - Good infrastructure - Work from home

      Cons

      - Too many changes at management level - No clear direction from management - Too many management/auxiliary positions - Enforcing cloud tech for all products, even when it doesn't apply - Collaboration needs to be improved between teams and products

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
