      Pros

      Good benefits and I have faith in the current exec leader, but the confidence doesn't go to all of the execs. The Pros very much depend on who your manager is in this company, I hear bad stuff, but my manager is good and I know of a number of very capable and fair managers.

      Cons

      If you get the wrong manager, it can be a difficult place to work.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      remote work. work with people from all over the world.

      too many changes and inconsistencies. constant worries about layoffs.
