      Pros

      Overall the company is great and most people are their to help you and share your same level of devotion to customer success. Pay is good as well.

      Cons

      Your experience will depend on the leadership team you work with. Many managers were brought over from Mobile Iron after the acquisition and many don't care for the Ivanti employees. They just want to hire their own people.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
