      Too many acqusitions - need to calm down abd structure - International Sales Director Ivanti Employee Review

      Pros

      Lots of changes, generally people are well skilled and trying to help each other.

      Cons

      Making acquisitions is fine but over the last year they have gone on a spending spree without thinking how they will work together, then as it happens the CEO and most of the legacy people who drove the purchases suddenly leave and left the rest of the company to clean up the mess, after 2.5years they have only gotten to the Pulse Secure Integration. All the sales team from those speciality products of MobleIron, Cherwell and Pulse Secure has left which showed an immediate decline in net new sales, those products have survived on renewals only but it's dwindling.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
