Not really a Con, but since most people are remote you see most people online and not in person much (except for company events

That said, we do like to see your faces in person which is why we have so many events (and even pay for you to come to them if you're out of town). Pros

The management at this company is incredible. There are always opportunities for one's career growth and that is because they genuinely care about their employees. Management, including C-suite execs, are extremely approachable and kind. The company culture is amazing and work-life balance is more than achievable. We're also nearly 50% female and have a 97% employee retention rate and that reflects entirely on how the company is led and managed.

Upper management is hands on daily and are experts in the space. Very competitive work environment with knowledgeable team members who actually enjoy learning and sharing.

Cons

Government contract work can be slow with a lot of red tape. Not exactly a con of the company but the type of work we do.
