The company encourages collaboration and teamwork, which fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere. The management team is approachable and always willing to help, which makes it easy to seek guidance and support when needed. Moreover, the company is committed to innovation and staying ahead of the curve. This means that there is always something new and exciting happening within the organization, which keeps things fresh and interesting. Overall, I would highly recommend my current company to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work environment. The company culture, work environment, and commitment to innovation make it an exceptional place to work

Cons

While I enjoy working at my current company, there are a few cons that I feel are worth mentioning. Firstly, the company's communication can be improved. There are times when important information is not shared with all employees, which can lead to misunderstandings and confusion. Additionally, some teams tend to work in silos, which can hinder collaboration and productivity. Secondly, the company's compensation package could be more competitive. While the company offers decent salaries, the benefits package could be improved to be more attractive to potential employees. This includes more comprehensive healthcare benefits, retirement plans, and additional perks. Finally, the company's work-life balance could be better. While the company offers some flexibility in terms of work arrangements, Overall, while my current company is a great place to work, there are areas for improvement in terms of communication, compensation, growth opportunities, and work-life balance

We try very hard to be communicative, we provide a very comprehensive, low deductible PPO health plan which we pay half of for the entire family, a 4% 401k match, and 100% of Life, LTD and STD, and we provide a full Flex Time program to ensure a work/life balance. Pros

The management at this company is incredible. There are always opportunities for one's career growth and that is because they genuinely care about their employees. Management, including C-suite execs, are extremely approachable and kind. The company culture is amazing and work-life balance is more than achievable. We're also nearly 50% female and have a 97% employee retention rate and that reflects entirely on how the company is led and managed.

Pros

Upper management is hands on daily and are experts in the space. Very competitive work environment with knowledgeable team members who actually enjoy learning and sharing.

Cons

Government contract work can be slow with a lot of red tape. Not exactly a con of the company but the type of work we do.
