People are awesome. Everyone seems to share a common goal of doing the best for our customers. The company encourages growth and will put in opportunities that help facilitate growth, even in the fields that you are not thinking about.

Cons

Not enough PTO. Also need to reconsider new bonus structure.

Pros

The management at this company is incredible. There are always opportunities for one's career growth and that is because they genuinely care about their employees. Management, including C-suite execs, are extremely approachable and kind. The company culture is amazing and work-life balance is more than achievable. We're also nearly 50% female and have a 97% employee retention rate and that reflects entirely on how the company is led and managed.

Upper management is hands on daily and are experts in the space. Very competitive work environment with knowledgeable team members who actually enjoy learning and sharing.

Cons

Government contract work can be slow with a lot of red tape. Not exactly a con of the company but the type of work we do.
