We do try to keep meetings to a minimum but don't always have control over that in a client based business. Internally, we meet 3-4 times a year as an organization, plus a handful of events. We hope that's not burdensome for you.
Regarding client meetings, we believe in helping our clients optimize their work process. We'd encourage you to bring that up with your manager and see how they can work with the client to reduce this (or work with you to ensure you're not attending meetings you do not need to be).
