Pros
Fun activities, working with kids great therapy gym and great co-workers
Cons
Very fast paced. You get 7 minutes between back to back clients to disinfect everything, chart, and set up for the next child. The goal is to have you see 9 hours of clients (53 minute sessions) during a 10 hour shift. You feel excited to get a cancellation, especially if it happens last minute so they don't have time to put someone else in that time slot. It's the only way you actually have any time to do paperwork. Lunch is unpaid, but frequently you are expected to attend meetings during that time. In order to get everything completed you have to work 11 or 12 hours every day because your schedule starts the minute the 10 hours begins. The turnover is ridiculous because it is very difficult to keep up with. It's not fair to have to work for 48 hours a week to get paid for 40. They will squeeze every free minute out of you that they can! This is the reason almost all of the employees are unsuspecting and enthusiastic new grads.
