I have been with Ivy now for over 1 year as a regional director. Coming to Ivy was one of the best decisions I have made. From its very own residency programs in Sports medicine, orthopedics, hands, pediatrics and oncology, to its vast array of relationships with continuing education providers, Ivy’s ability to help you advance your clinical skills is second to none. If the clinical education component is not enough, the company also supports professional growth by providing strategies and education for growing and running a business by developing future leaders in physical therapy through their Lead program and Grow program. The emphasis of Ivy is a “team”. We are teammates that support each other and help each other grow and solve problems, whether it be business strategy or patient care. What are the downsides at Ivy? You need to be motivated to be a part of the team. You have to want to learn and grow and be willing to accept and tackle the challenges that come with being a physical therapist and be a part a of a physical therapy clinic, no matter what your role. You have to want to help others first and serve the community.
