The org chart is just a mess. There are just way too many accounting and finance managers. It really devalues the title when everyone is a manager and few staff roles. It also leads to tons of confusion because of the lack of communication. No one knows who has seniority and who to answer first. Every manager is just stepping on each others toes and no one has any true power. Senior management is just clueless and continues to fill these manager roles to keep people happy without realizing the true issue. It creates a very toxic environment as well when a manager is constantly talking about other managers and co workers. There is a lot of favoritism during the hiring and promotion process because of manager relationships. This place is a shame because they have the talent but don’t know how to put them in positions to succeed. There’s no way to truly “level up” as they say and actually have a career. Not for a person who has goals and wants to learn. Many settlers are here luckily for them to cling on to.
