Pros

The 401K match, continuing education money, and PTO days

Cons

Literally everything else. Ivy cares about money and productivity over quality care, employee health, and patient experience. You will be run ragged and continually asked to see a higher and higher volume of patients. They do not have the infrastructure to provide coverage when you take time off. The pay quite low. If you are a new graduate, do not be swayed by a signing bonus or promise of "mentoring." They do not have an appropriate structured mentorship program regardless of what they tell you.

Pros

High base salary , remote , some job security based on people always quitting

Cons

Burnout central. Constantly shifting priorities, moving timelines, and unclear expectations create a chaotic environment where it is difficult to succeed sustainably. Leadership within the finance umbrella was disappointing — limited trust, poor support, and a culture where people can feel expendable when private equity pressure intensifies. Compensation and benefits were underwhelming relative to expectations, particularly the 401(k) match, which was far below market and frankly disappointing. There was also a persistent atmosphere of distrust, frequent organizational uncertainty, and seemingly random layoffs that contributed to low morale. Rather than feeling supported, it often felt like self-preservation was the operating model. There are talented people here and meaningful work, but leadership, burnout, and instability significantly outweighed the positives for me.
