      Pros

      There were supportive individuals among the on-site staff and production team. The ability to work remotely was great. Iyuno had/has the resources to deliver good services in the dubbing industry.

      Cons

      There were too many loose/undefined responsibilities which lead to multiple over-encumbered workers. Tone-deaf and out of touch upper management that relied on long hours and employee burnout from teams and individuals they have no facetime or interaction with to deliver quality. Employee work culture was non-existent. Ability for growth or position change was non-existent. No raise spanning multiple years and multiple employees. Negative town halls that did little more than celebrate C-suite wins. Serious lack of both leadership and proper compensation for employees.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
