      1. Great and fun colleagues, friendly environment. 2. Flexible time and you can work remotely. 3. The office welcomes new ideas to tackle different situations. You can explore strategies to improve.

      Cons

      1. They set unrealistic daily quotas for each employee and if you did not meet them, your performance rate will decrease and your overtime is not paid. You end up working for 3-4 more hours for free EVERY SINGLE DAY. 2. You are expected to be available almost 24/7. 3. The workload is impossible to finish most of the time if not every day. 4. A lot of work pressure. Upper management seems like they don't appreciate your hard work.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
