Pros
If you enjoy dubbing medias, working with audio and recording in general, you can express your artistic integrity in the delivery of the lines, the lip syncing and the quality of the final audio result.
Cons
*ruled with fear and negative pressure from the superiors (especially from the international higher-ups) which creates anxiety, office drama and encourages backstabbing to gain good reputation from superiors to get a promotion. *No pay for overtime and you expect to deliver a ridiculous amount of deliverables in a very limited time, leaving the office at around 10 PM with no overpay is the norm (especially of the amount of projects being produced is extraordinarily plenty. *They expect quality but doesnt give enough time to achieve the perfection needed. *Quick to blame and punish, but never rewards you for a job well done.
