      Pros

      You can learn about the film and TV localization industry.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized and they expect you to keep everything going smoothly. The benefits aren't good. Pay is low. Staff in California are at a disadvantage because if they find someone in Asia who can do the same work for cheaper, they will fire you even if you are doing a good job.

      Pros

      At the beginning, I had stable work and didn’t have to worry about making ends meet. Iyuno was enough as my main income, and I could live comfortably.

      Cons

      Over time, my workload was gradually reduced without any explanation, despite having five years of experience and consistently high-quality work. I was effectively replaced by new translators while being kept in the dark. This has left me uncertain about my future, and unfortunately, I can no longer rely on Iyuno as a primary source of income. After years of dedication and turning down other opportunities to stay loyal, this outcome is very disappointing.
