By now, it's apparent to many that some managers and heads of departments aren't fulfilling their work responsibilities; instead, they seem to be managing their personal business during work hours and even resorting to bullying team members to do their tasks. What's astonishing is that, despite this, the individual in question has been named Employee of the Month. It's baffling that we're all here to work diligently for our salaries, yet this employee appears to be running personal errands and managing their own business during working hours, essentially getting paid for tasks unrelated to their job. Even more disheartening is the perception that a particular racial group is given more opportunities for employment.
