Extremely low pay, toxic leadership that fosters a cliquish, high school-like environment, and constant micromanagement from every direction. There is zero flexibility. If you are sick and request to work from home, management acts as if you’ve done something actually offensive. The company has been dealing with a so-called “freight recession” for years, but instead of being upfront and conducting layoffs responsibly, they look for minor reasons to terminate employees who have done nothing deserving of it. Issues that should be simple write-ups often turn into firings. Long-term employees are not valued or respected.
