Leadership gives you no transparency. Stability and job security are gone as the company continues to give CEO millions and employees are given 1% raises to compensate them for their hard work. Benefits are lacking. Culture doesn’t matter, good leaders are forced out for advocating for their people. JBH says they do not lay off employees but give them “voluntary separation” ultimatum to force their hand into moving or losing their job, even if hired to be remote. People are scared, some even talking of how it’s impacting their health. This company doesn’t care about their people.
