      Pros

      I had a lot of learning to do and this place had a lot of engineers who could teach. All the other engineers are awesome

      Cons

      The management is just an absolute leech and sucks every piece of happiness you have

      Pros

      Good pay for the type of account. Salaried position. Some weeks I may only work one or two days, 8-20 hours. Other weeks I may work 60-70 hours. Great for a single guy if you don't care about a social life.

      Cons

      Never know what kind of schedule I would have. Changes constantly. Basically an on call truck driver.
