      After progressing quickly over the years, the last two years of my tenure came with below average cost of living raises and minimal opportunity to move up

      Pros

      Good pay for the type of account. Salaried position. Some weeks I may only work one or two days, 8-20 hours. Other weeks I may work 60-70 hours. Great for a single guy if you don't care about a social life.

      Cons

      Never know what kind of schedule I would have. Changes constantly. Basically an on call truck driver.
