      Pros

      You can gain a lot of managerial experience take a job as a Transportation Manager to start off or even a TMIT. You learn payroll, compliance, safety and a multitude of cross functional positions.

      Cons

      The company does not do field office personal or HQ personal well at all. PTO is severely limited and you have no sick days. Work through the holidays and they have also instructed leadership to do away with Comp days. Raises and bonuses were reconfigured a few years back and the bonuses have gotten smaller with each passing year. This company does not value its people well at all.

      Pros

      Good pay for the type of account. Salaried position. Some weeks I may only work one or two days, 8-20 hours. Other weeks I may work 60-70 hours. Great for a single guy if you don't care about a social life.

      Cons

      Never know what kind of schedule I would have. Changes constantly. Basically an on call truck driver.
