Talk a big talk about progression and career but it's gonna take a long time. External job experience DOES NOT MATTER, they want everyone basically start at the bottom. Btw: that's inconsistent as well. Experience is greatly overlooked and even your manager probably has never seen your resume because they switch managers so often. It goes from so busy you can't handle it to so dull you want to nap. There is poor communication among teams. Growth is such a focus that people are well forgotten. Again, I cannot stress enough, do not accept a "foot in the door job"; you will be stuck for 2yrs or more... your degrees and experience DO NOT MATTER. Health insurance is paid heavily by company, but insurance choices are pretty awful if you have slightly major medical needs, get ready to pay
