      Cons

      They want you to work 12 to 14 hours a day and your pay never adds up. No one can fully explain how your pay is being broken down! You get written for just about everything even thing that is really out of your control. They are truly about making money for the company. Your pay changes week to week unless your there favorite.

      Pros

      Good pay for the type of account. Salaried position. Some weeks I may only work one or two days, 8-20 hours. Other weeks I may work 60-70 hours. Great for a single guy if you don't care about a social life.

      Cons

      Never know what kind of schedule I would have. Changes constantly. Basically an on call truck driver.
