      equipment is good management is ok...Benifits are good

      Cons

      I am a local driver on the Home Depot account..being paid by the mile to run local is total B.S. if u think dispatch playing favorites on loads affects you're paycheck when u run O.T.R. think what it does when u have alot of 300-500 mile loads and alot of 30-50 mile loads..some drivers work 50 hrs a week and make $1100..and some drivers work 60 hrs and make $900 total B.S.

      Pros

      Good pay for the type of account. Salaried position. Some weeks I may only work one or two days, 8-20 hours. Other weeks I may work 60-70 hours. Great for a single guy if you don't care about a social life.

      Cons

      Never know what kind of schedule I would have. Changes constantly. Basically an on call truck driver.
