This company refuses to listen to the feedback of its employees regarding new systems and ideas. They are stuck in 1980 so I doubt they will reach the milestones they predict for the future. They are losing good talent weekly as the turnover rate is so high. In a year alone, I saw 15 people leave my department. I’m sure there were plenty others I didn’t know about.
The programs they developed in house (OM and case management) were complete garbage that made our jobs 10x harder. You would think a Fortune 500 company would be able to get the best software programs out there but not here.
Employees are depressed and burnt out. Internal teams are hard to work with. No remote work is allowed. No bonuses given out. The environment is terrible.
Thousands of people on top of each other, crowded, noisy, music allowed to be played on speakers.
No freezers on site so don’t bring anything frozen.
