Pros
There is great training under the right leadership. Fun people to work with. Potential to move up quickly if you choose to have absolutely no life (great job for college grads who are single and flexible). This is a Fortune 500 company and they have certainly cornered the market and will for Many Many years to come. great bonus program. Awesome pay for someone right out of college.
Cons
Absolutely no work/life balance, the only reason you're salaried is so they can avoid overtime expenditures because you put in 50 hours a week. poor health benefits. your future is absolutely unpredictable when you're starting off, they will run you through the gauntlet before you get a solid day position in which you still work 50 hours a week. poor benefits, vacation time is scarce, lots of office politics. You WILL work nights (95% chance). at peak times, this is a very stressful job, at low times, this is the most Boring job. It does not challege you creatively, and you're dealing with a lot of pissed off truck drivers.
