Pros

Pretty straight forward job. Not difficult to understand how to solve customers issues. They give out gift cards and stuff once a month but the chances of winning is really slim.

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. For the amount of work you do its just not worth it. Guaranteed to work Saturday and Sunday, you will get off at least 10 minutes late 80% of the time and the pace is go go go. If you are a good employee with above average stats like call time, wrap up, ect. you still get paid the same amount as the people with poor stats.

Pros

The people are great, management cares about the employees and you’re not just a number. I have moved up quickly because I actually care and work hard.

Cons

Like anywhere these days, there are a few negative people that bash the company because they have miserable lives.
