-Flexible schedules available -Time-off usually approved, even with short term notice -Relaxed environment

Cons

-Lowest pay I've seen for this type of work -Management severely lacks knowledge of product -Spectacularly ridiculous escalation process -Team leads/coordinators unwilling to own up and take supervisor calls -Unrealistic expectations when it comes to handling the workload -Not enough agents to cover call volume

The people are great, management cares about the employees and you’re not just a number. I have moved up quickly because I actually care and work hard.
