Pros
I've worked at J-Curve for over 3 years and it has been a great place to work. There is a ton of opportunities to grow within the organization, or personally through applying yourself on some of the more technical clients that J-Curve supports. There is also a lot to be learned from the senior technicians who work here, who are typically happy to help peers learn and grow. Overall, I'd say the best thing about working at J-Curve is the people and culture. The atmosphere is unlike most call center environments, where you can expect to hammer out calls all day/every day. Instead, you typically have more time to service customers, troubleshoot in lab environments, and learn how to provide better support for the customers calling in. The management team is also very approachable, all the way up to the CEO, which is unlike many organizations.
Cons
The training could be more structured out. A lot of the material you need is learned on the go. Also, wages should be more competitive.
