Poor employee relations, underachieving management - Engineer J.M. Huber Employee Review

Plant refused to fix anything, until it actually would create a near miss. engineers were treated like spreadsheet jockeys doing mostly accounting work. Manager had a disdain for operators unparalleled of anyone I've seen, but was not self aware about it. Everyone was lazy except for operators; they were holding the place together with glue and toothpicks.
