      Pros

      It gives you the opportunity to launch a great career in finance. It is very sound financially and the salary is great.

      Cons

      There are not many downsides of working at JP Morgan Chase. The only ones that come to mind are long hours and very competitive environment.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Stingy pay, overdone and ineffective management. Terrible handling of neurodiversity. Company less interested in local talent despite Dimon’s obsession Wyatt in office work. There is a gradual devaluation of a wide swaths of roles including junior bankers to leverage depressed economies abroad to line shareholder pockets.
