Pros
Very Senior Management Move with a sense of urgency. You will see very noticeable changes when issues are escalated. This gives employees the feeling that when brought to the rightr people improvements can be made for the betterment of the firm
Cons
Lesser Senior Management sometimes do not move with this same sense of rrgency. Sometime change is slow and may only occur after escalation. This may lead some to believe that it's not even worth it to make recommendations.
