I worked at JANSON for almost five years, left to work for a large defense contractor and couldn't wait to get back to JANSON after one year of being away. People just don't do that without multiple really good reasons! JANSON is a company that I trust. JANSON takes care of their people, enables professional development and growth while holding the team to high values and standards.
Cons
Team members can expect to be held accountable maintain high quality. Professionalism is a requirement and a proactive, positive mindset a must. People who fall short of those traits probably won't fit into the culture.
