Pros
Good salary/compensation. Benefits are good (market comparable). Fast paced.
Cons
Upper leadership consists of two vastly different personalities. If you work on the contracting side (sitting in government positions) you'll likely have a good experience and only sense some of the toxic culture. If you work on the branding side you will fear for your job every single day. I was on both sides and I was fired 3 times during my 11 months of working there (yes, you read that right). I saw someone fired for pasting in a typo into a graphic that was submitted by a client. I saw a very seasoned professional hired for two weeks and then fired because they didn't have the required background experience (personal opinion, they were perfect). Within 12 months everyone who worked with me on the branding team was fired or had quit and moved elsewhere. HR is a contracted firm and has no one onsite, they provide employees no protection whatsoever as they are just as disposable as everyone else.
